- How does billing work across multiple properties?
- Default: pay when we finish — cash, check, card, or Venmo. Managing several doors under one contact? After a few visits we can roll addresses into one emailed invoice if that is easier than paying per job. Tell us what you already do and we will keep it simple.
- Do you carry commercial general liability and workers comp?
- Yes — bonded and insured on every job. General liability and workers' compensation on every crew. If your board or management company needs documentation, ask for a certificate of insurance or W-9 and we will email it, usually the same day.
- What if our company needs a W-9 or other paperwork?
- Email what you need. Monte handles it directly — W-9, certificate of insurance, or a simple scope letter for the board. No week-long vendor onboarding process.
- Can you handle storm response for a portfolio?
- Yes — properties on a recurring service agreement get priority dispatch during Pacific Northwest atmospheric river storms, ice events, and high-wind warnings. For acute issues like a clogged downspout flooding a tenant unit, we dispatch within four hours when possible.
- Do you clean parking lots and sidewalks on the same route?
