Are estimates and quotes free?

Yes — every quote is free, whether it is a phone walkthrough, an emailed quote based on photos, or a site visit. We do not charge service-call fees and we do not require a deposit to schedule. You only pay after the work is complete and you have the before-and-after photos in hand.

How quickly can you come out for a quote?

Most quotes happen the same day by phone. Owner Monte takes a few details about your home, looks it up on Google Earth, and gives you a ballpark number within hours. If a property needs an in-person walk-through (steep roofs, unusual landscaping, commercial properties), we typically schedule within two business days and follow up with a written quote.

Do you clean gutters on two-story homes?

Yes — two-story Portland homes are roughly half our residential work. We carry the ladders, anchor equipment, and OSHA-compliant fall protection required for the second-floor work safely. Two-story jobs typically run higher than single-story because of the time and safety setup, but the quote is still given in writing before any work begins.

Do you give written quotes?

Always. Every quote is delivered in writing by text or email before any work starts, with the price, what is included, and what is excluded. We never give verbal-only quotes and we never change the price mid-job barring a discovery the homeowner approves in writing first.

Are you available on weekends?

Standard hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, but weekend work is available by arrangement for storm response, time-sensitive projects, or properties where weekday access is difficult. Mention weekend preference when you call and we will work it into the schedule.
