Annual rate depends on home size, story count, tree cover, and roof material. Most Portland-metro plans fall between Essentials and Complete. We quote in writing after one walk-through.
Common questions
- Why a yearly plan instead of just calling when I need something?
- Most Portland homeowners forget gutters until water spills over the edges in November rain — by then we are usually two weeks booked out. A plan locks in your spring and fall slots before the weather forces a rush, gets you priority for storm response, and removes the cost shock of one big once-a-year invoice by spreading it across the year.
- How is the plan priced?
- Plans are annual fees billed monthly or in two installments — never hourly. The exact rate depends on your home (single-story vs two-story, square footage, tree cover, cedar vs composition roof). We give a written annual price after one walk-through, and the price does not change mid-year regardless of how many storm-response visits you use.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, with 30 days notice. We will pro-rate the remaining year and refund the unused portion. No contracts longer than 12 months. No automatic renewal — every spring we confirm the next year together. If we have not earned your repeat business, you should not be locked into a contract for it.
- Do plan members get a discount vs. one-off jobs?
- Effectively yes — bundled services price roughly 15–25% lower than the same services booked individually because we are already on-site and the scheduling overhead is gone. We do not advertise a "membership discount" because that implies one-off jobs are overpriced; they are not. The plan just removes friction.
- What counts as a storm response?
- Any visit triggered by a specific weather event — a Pacific atmospheric river dumping debris into your gutters, an ice storm knocking branches onto the roof, wind tearing Christmas lights loose. Premium plans get a same-day window during business hours; Complete plans get 48-hour. Storm-response visits do not cost extra and do not count toward your annual visit allotment.
- My house is not in your standard 14-city service area — can I still join?
- Probably yes, with a small mileage surcharge for nearby unincorporated areas (Damascus, Boring, Estacada, parts of Yamhill County). Call and we will quote it. Plans for homes outside the metro are case-by-case but we have made exceptions for long-time customers who moved.
