- We do both. Many commercial clients start with parking-lot and sidewalk pressure washing, then add gutter clearing, roof moss treatment, or window cleaning on the same recurring route so you are not juggling multiple vendors.
- Can you work after hours or around business operations?
- Yes. We schedule early-morning, evening, and weekend routes for retail, restaurants, and offices. We coordinate with on-site contacts and post notices when your lease requires it.
- How do you handle oil stains and grease on commercial concrete?
- We use surface-appropriate detergents and pressure levels for asphalt and concrete — not one PSI for every job. Deep-set stains that have sat for years may lighten significantly rather than disappear completely; we set realistic expectations during the walk-through.
- Are you compliant with Portland stormwater rules for exterior washing?
